Early 21st Birthday Party


Obviously, it was my 21st birthday cake...big right? It weighs 3KG.
I remember the last time i celebrated my birthday with party was about 7 or 8 years ago. The feeling was totally different from now. I felt a little bit weird + paisay + happy + touched, especially when i saw the cake was that big and knew it costs RM150! Symbolically, my mummy gave me a white gold key and i like it so much.
Ha...it was a quite successful party although it was tiring as i've to do cleaning till 2am!
Lastly, thanks everyone for attending my birthday party!

Anyone Can Answer Me?
This was my 20th birthday. Very sadly, people getting older but not younger.
Suddenly I thought of something which questions about a norm, a norm that people giving presents to the birthday girl/boy.

I was given life by my mom. She suffered 10 months of gestation, then pushed real hard, cried real loud, shouted real sharp to get me out of her big round stomach on 17th October 1985. I think, she bear the greatest pain in her life on that day.

Aren't we supposed to give our presents to our mom on this special "Pain-suffering day"?. How come we're still expecting parents give us something as a gift on our birthday? Contradicting..

Next time, next year, I will show my appreciation to my mom for bringing me to this world.
